  • 1.1. Ad Campaign Performance: If the media advertising campaign fails to meet the agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs) or targets as defined in the contract, the client may be eligible for a refund.

  • 1.2. Cancellation: In the event of a campaign cancellation initiated by the client before the campaign's start date, a partial refund may be provided based on the incurred costs and pre-work completed.

  • 1.3. Billing Errors: If there are any billing errors resulting in overcharging or incorrect invoicing, we will promptly rectify the issue and provide a full refund if necessary.

Refund Process:

  • 2.1. Refund Request: To initiate a refund request, the client must submit a written request to [contact email/phone number] within [number of days] of the incident or campaign completion.

  • 2.2. Supporting Documentation: The client must provide all necessary documentation to support the refund claim, including but not limited to campaign performance reports, communication records, and billing details.

  • 2.3. Review and Evaluation: Upon receiving the refund request and supporting documentation, our team will conduct a thorough review and evaluation to determine the eligibility for a refund.

  • 2.4. Refund Approval: If the request is approved, the refund amount and method of reimbursement will be communicated to the client.

  • 2.5. Refund Disbursement: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business day from the approval date and will be disbursed through the original payment method or an agreed-upon alternative.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • 3.1. Creative Services: Any creative work, design, or content creation services rendered by Flutter Media Private Limited are non-refundable, as they are considered intellectual property and the client will retain ownership rights.

  • 3.2. Third-Party Costs: Costs incurred from third-party platforms, media placements, or services are non-refundable, as they are beyond our control and subject to their respective refund policies.

Dispute Resolution:

  • We are committed to resolving any disputes or disagreements amicably and professionally. If the client is dissatisfied with the refund decision, they can request further review or engage in constructive discussions with our management team.

Amendments to the Refund Policy:

  • Flutter Media Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be indicated at the beginning of the document.
